Tres Ojos Rosado 2006 [Rosé]
Producer: Bodega San Gregorio
Region: DO Calatayud

Made from a blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes, this tasty fruity rosé would be a good choice for summer dining: barbecues, picnics or with a snack on the patio. It's got plenty of flavor and a good dose of alcohol, so it's best served well chilled and with food.

A nice bright medium pink color. Red berry fruit aromas (strawberry & raspberry) dominate the nose, along with scents of orange peel, mint and a hint of dry herbs. The palate is rich and full of fruit flavor: cranberry, strawberry & raspberry. Heady, flavorful and very good.

A note to our readers:
I've used SRP, which is the normal price in Spain expressed in US dollars [Low=$5-9, Medium=$10-18, High=$19+]. The wines selected are usually moderately priced and generally exported around the world. Some exceptions happen...
