Rey Fernando de Castilla Manzanilla [Fortified]
Producer: Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla
Region: DO Jerez-Xéres-Sherry, Manzanilla

100% palomino, fermented in steel tanks, topped off to 15% ABV, then developed under "flor" in American oak "botas" for an average of 3 years.

A classic manzanilla sherry: bone dry, clean, bright & fresh with dried fruit, almonds, and a pleasant seaside saline background.
Smooth, crisp and light on the palate. Excellent and perfect as an aperitif or on the table with fish & shellfish.
