100% bobal, 60 year old vines planted on limestone soils, organically grown. Malolactic fermentation in French oak, nurtured another 6 months in barrels.

Blackberry/cherry with a hint of grilled toast and spice (cinnamon/nutmeg).
Nice chewy mouth feel with smooth tannins, dark berry fruit, vanilla and an inkling of yogurt. A very good wine, excellent value as well.

Bobal is an important grape in much of southeastern Spain, tending to show its best in low yield old vines.
