Media combinación

Media combinación is a Madrid classic, often served as an aperitif. Second cousin to the Negroni, it's easy to make, tasty and packs a punch.

Ingredients

• 1 shot Brokers gin
• 1 shot Punt e Mes vermouth
• 2 drops orange bitters
• lemon twist

Preparation

• Fill a rocks glass with ice
• Pour in the gin & vermouth, add bitters
• Garnish with a lemon twist.

Note:
1. You can substitute the Brokers gin with your personal favorite, same with the vermouth (Martini Rosso will work), but it's hard to beat the intensity and flavor of Punte e Mes.
