Olivo
El Olivo is a purpose built cottage that has been designed to provide both
space and comfort for two people, with a pouf bed in the lounge for a third
person.
The private patio, with a shaded area, looks to the west, There is a 2m X
2m mini pool with integral seating to offfer complete relaxation while watching
the setting sun.
The bedroom and lounge windows face southwest and provides our guests with
spectacular views to the Atlantic Ocean. The cottage and patio areas are very
private Considerable effort has been made to ensure that adequate furnishings
have been added to satisfy both short and long stay requirements.
On arrival you enter the main living area which consists of a large lounge-dining
room. For private entertainment, the cottage has a television, DVD player
with over 100 DVD's and music center with wall-mounted speakers that provide
high quality sound.
Your
galley kitchen has been designed to be easy to use and satisfy all your holiday
cooking requirements - we even supply a juicer
Let

The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall mounted reading
lights with dimmers and views to the Atlantic Ocean
The
fully tiled bathroom consists of washbasin, bidet, toilet and 90cm square
shower. With towels supplied
There is plenty of shelf space for toiletries, etc.

Almendro
El
Almendro is a converted barn. Many years ago it was the main house of the
owners and is constructed of local rock and rendered on the inside and out.
Each cottage has a barbecue, outside table and chairs, sun beds and the
2m X2m pool with seating provides total relaxation and privacy
By keeping the original curved and stepped walls, the cottage retains its
individuality and charm. Also, by restricting the barn to one bedroom the
rooms are large and spacious. There is a wide central hallway that seperates
all the rooms, thus providing total privacy between the bedroom and lounge
where extra sleeping is provided by means of a double sofa bed.
Home entertainment is provided by a terretrial television, DVD player and
music centre with wall mounted speakers, thus providing excellent quality

The
fully fitted kitchen satisfies the most demanding cooking requirements.
And there is formal seating for four.

twin bedded double bedroom has curved walls, with mounted reading lights
with dimmer and views to the orchard through one window and the central
patio from the orher.
The
large bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and bidet and boasts a huge 1.2m
square shower. Clean bath and hand towels are supplied.
There
are two holiday cottages in the grounds of finca higueron.
They are detached and seperated by the central patio which is full of palm
trees, yuccas, bird of paradise plants and shrubs.
In each cottage the twin bedroom has wall mounted reading-lights and a central
light with a fan.
Also, to provide maximum comfort, all windows have night blinds and the bedrooms
are double glazed.
